ABOUT ME
I've played sport all my life. Starting between the sticks as a goalkeeper, football was my first love and I played for 10-years.

I stumbled across cycling. To this day, I don't know why. Nobody in my family is a cyclist. I can only put it down to the 2012 'Wiggo Effect'.

I bought my first road bike in March 2014, a Raleigh Revenio C1. I dabbled with some club TTs but my heart remained with football. Eventually, football faded away and cycling became my sport.

I climbed through the junior ranks, racing all across Europe. This led to me signing for Madison-Genesis, a huge move for 18-year-old me. After a year on arguably the biggest domestic British team, sponsorship fell through and I was left hunting for a new contract.
My search took me to France, Chambery to be specific. I'm now plying my trade for Chambery CF, the AG2R La Mondiale development team.

Throughout this blog, I'll take you on the journey with me. Navigating a new country and everything that comes with it. I'll introduce you to some of my friends in the sport and some of the products I use.

I thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you enjoy the content I'm supplying. Please, check back weekly for new articles and follow my journey to my dream of becoming a professional cyclist.
